averda Talent Recruitment Program offers you the opportunity to join its intensive Leadership Training Program.
The program is designed to train and develop talented graduates.
You will be part of a fast-track career program and you will move up the corporate ladder.
You will be developed by executive mentors and you will be part of international leadership and technical programs.
Once selected, your journey begins.
During the first three months, you will start your knowledge program designed to give you a basic understanding of the waste hierarchy globally and in particular in the Middle East.
Afterwards, you will enter the Leadership program, a three-year program that will equip you with the necessary knowledge to become one of averda's inspiring leaders.
Throughout this period, you will be occupying positions in the company while enjoying the level of benefit that you would expect from a leading company with a package of fantastic and flexible working conditions, including housing and transportation allowances.
You will attend training for two days every eight weeks and this could involve some travel.
During your learning experience you will be accompanied by a certified mentor who will support you and help you grow.
Once the program is completed, you will be appointed as one of our company managers.
