I joined Aimia three years ago on the graduate analyst scheme, and I couldn't imagine a better start to my career. The training I received during the scheme was invaluable. I became involved with interesting and important work from the start, such as FMCG campaigns and client training sessions. As well as working for various teams, I learnt about other areas of the business by working with people such as account managers and campaign services teams, which I found to be an excellent way of developing my business awareness.
