Being part of the graduate programme was a great experience from day one. In the first year I embraced the opportunity to rotate through departments, gaining a unique view of the business. Alongside training, my managers gave me responsibility, allowing me to manage my own projects from end to end, which really made me believe in my skills and potential.

With no regrets, after 4 years I live and breathe this company's values and vision, and carry them forward with my career goals. Undoubtedly, without the graduate programme, I wouldn't be as well prepared and motivated to succeed as I am today.
