Subjects of study
Our minimum academic criteria are: - 300 UCAS points, 2.1 Honours degree, in any subject, B grades in GCSE Mathematics and English language (or equivalents).

We are looking for graduates to join our audit, tax, business risk services, actuarial, recovery and reorganisation departments. We encourage all our trainees to take ownership and drive their development by putting their new skills into practice straight away. So whether you're working with a household name or a smaller client, you'll be face-to-face with finance directors, government bodies business owners, influential non-executive directors and well-known financial institutions.

We believe in providing specialised training...

Our graduate scheme has been designed to help you become a qualified professional as smoothly and quickly as possible. Our national induction programme and training courses are held at our dedicated training centre, Bradenham Manor, where you will gain essential business, technical and professional skills through a selection of courses. Beyond qualification, your career development will feature specialist and managerial training, and for some people, progression to partnership. We take an individual focused approach to training via tailored feedback and support.

However, what matters most is the work you will be doing on a day-to-day basis. Our trainees work across a variety of different sectors and within different teams to develop a breadth of skills. Secondments and transfers into different specialisms across the firm are commonplace and our international secondment programme opens up avenues to experience the global opportunities that are open to our people.
