What's on offer?

Our industrial placement scheme is split into two six months placements to give you excellent exposure to the business and also give you the opportunity to do a real job and work on real projects.

The key focus will be around delivering in our production and technical functions, but may include commercial projects as well liaising with our customers and suppliers.

We are also proud of our flagship brands of Ginsters of Cornwall and Dickinson & Morris, the only remaining manufacturer of the famous Melton Mowbray Pork Pie left in the town itself.

Who we are looking for?

We recognise that you may have limited work experience so we are looking for your potential.
We are open to all degree disciplines but particularly welcome applicants from Food Science, Science, Business and Engineering degree backgrounds.
If you demonstrate the key skills we require of leadership, teamwork, communication, planning and organising and problem solving we can provide the infrastructure to develop your career within the food industry and gain excellent work experience.
