Since 1993 Groundwork Oldham & Rochdale has helped over 1000 graduates get a head start in careers in the third sector. v challenge, is a 13-week voluntary placement that gives graduates real project management experience. We are currently looking for a team of motivated graduates to make a real difference to the communities of Oldham and Rochdale.
v challenge will provide real project management experience in a variety of areas including community engagement, conservation, youth work and marketing. Training and travel expenses are provided. Volunteering does not affect your benefits.

Person requirements

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people with a passion for community and environmental regeneration work. The ability to work in a team is essential and we want people looking to develop or enhance their confidence, communication skills, inter-personal skills and project management skills amongst others.

Degree requirements

Graduate level.
