What our students say

Photo of a student

"Studying for a masters degree has given me the opportunity to realign my career objectives. I wanted to work in Research & Development, but I didn't want to spend years at the coal face; this postgraduate degree programme has taught me the key skills and concepts to be fast-tracked to business management.

There's a large amount of contact time, with a useful mix of lectures, tutorials and IT lab sessions. The lecturers are all approachable and have helped me when I have needed extra academic support - for example, my personal tutor has also been excellent at helping me to preparefor job applications."

"As I am looking to pursue a career in Academia my MSc has been vital. Through studying for this MSc I have been able to apply successfully to Loughborough to study for a PhD in Economics and take another step towards my goal of lecturing and researching in the fields of Econometrics and Higher Education Economics.

Aside from that, the extra-curricular activities at Loughborough are simply incredible. It's no coincidence that Loughborough has won best student experience for several years. Whether it is sport, socialising, helping the community or charity work, there is something for everyone!"
