Client Services Coordinator

McLarens are hiring. As we continue to grow in the UK and Ireland, we have an excting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Client Services team.

We have an excitng opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team based in London. This is a great prospect for an individual to develop expertise working alongside a highly qualified team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and running a successful programme of client initiatives from start to finish
  • Working with colleagues to understand the purpose of initiatives and tailoring our approach to achieve the best results
  • Processing invoices and monitoring budgets
  • Scheduling and execution of communications, including follow-ups linking to sales.
  • Working with the Marketing team to create and schedule appropriate social media posts, website and collateral updates.
  • Briefing internal and external event paticipants
  • Tracking the results of initiatives and repor ng on their effectiveness
  • Being an ambassador of the McLarens brand guidelines, ensuring all collateral adhere to them
  • Maintaining accurate records for all activity and related sales data
  • General administration support as part of the Client Services/Business Development team.
  • Participate and contribute to projects as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
  • A willingness to travel in UK & Ireland on occasion.

What we are looking for

  • Candidates must have a degree in English, marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong atention to detail and a creative approach
  • Great interpersonal skills with a ‘can do’ approach and the ability to problem solve.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong work ethic and me management skills
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A good listener who has the confidence to engage at all levels
  • Possess a keenness to learn
  • Demonstratable experience in planning and delivering activities/events would be advantageous but is not essen al
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong PowerPoint skills essential.
  • Knowledge of email marketing systems, though not essential
