Engineering, within AgustaWestland, is a broad and diverse function and concerns the design, manufacture and production of aircraft, covering a broad range of military, commercial and industrial applications. Engineering graduates will spend time in placements within the following core areas of engineering:

Electrical/Avionic Engineering including areas such as electrical, communication, navigation, surveillance and weapon systems; and Mechanical Engineering, covering areas such as airframe, structure, propulsion, fuel, hydraulics, flying controls, material testing, rotors and transmissions.

Manufacturing Engineering (Operations) Graduate Development Programme

A second Engineering route exists, which focuses more on the Operations function and related departments, suiting graduates who are interested in Manufacturing management, Production and Operations.
