Our graduate programme offers a rotational experience across different areas in the Bank. Each rotation is specifically designed to empower graduates to develop the critical skills that fast track their progression and advancement.

During your three rotations, you will build strong management, interpersonal and technical skills, as well as getting exposure to business critical projects in a fast paced environment.

You are empowered throughout to seek new experiences and expand your network through cross collaboration. You will have the opportunity to experience different areas of the business and to contribute to meaningful transformation projects that support our Group strategy.

As part of the programme, you'll connect with colleagues across various business sectors, constructing a valuable network across the Bank. You'll also complete a bespoke Graduate Development Programme, a two-year immersive learning experience that develops and enhances your skills and supports the bank's strategic priorities.Over the program's duration, you'll develop essential skills ranging from relationship management, Business Promotion Techniques and presentation techniques and financial well-being.Our bespoke Graduate Development Programme is a blend of virtual and classroom training, facilitating connections with peers, the organisation, and its culture. We don`t look for any specific technical fields of study in order for you to be successful. We are interested in speaking with a diverse range of people from various academic, societal and geographical backgrounds that will inspire and help us grow as a bank.

We offer opportunities to students who have achieved, or expect to achieve, an Undergraduate or Masters Degree from all subject areas
