Company profile

Broadridge is a leading provider of technology solutions to the financial services industry. We have a wide portfolio of market-leading products. We provide solutions to institutional banking clients for the processing and settlement of fixed income, equity and other asset classes plus retail and private client stock broking, fund management and custody solution. We also provide industry leading solutions for Reconciliation and Trade Matching. The Trade Matching solution and services are focussed at the FX and Money Market Sectors. The Reconciliation solution handles cash, securities and any inter-system reconciliation for financial institutions. With a turnover in excess of $2.2bn you’ll become one of 5,000 employees worldwide. We are backed by our strong US parent company and continue strong growth internationally. There’s plenty of opportunity for you to grow too.

We are looking for graduates with a range of business and technical skills to join us as potential future leaders for our business. You will be involved in a wide range of activities to enable Broadridge to implement our systems and solutions. A project can range from 2 – 3 months on a single site through to a 12 – 18 month global, multi location roll out.

Typically you will be:

  • Defining business requirements and new product solutions
  • Training our clients on best practices in using our solutions
  • Configuring our solutions to the clients requirements
  • Supporting our clients from acceptance testing through to live running in production

Once live we continue to support our Clients as they grow their business. You will use your business acumen, supporting our clients in their day to day operations or developing innovative solutions and offerings as their business develops, for example entering new markets.

Finally, you could be involved in internally funded R&D as we are continuously developing our products to open up new sales opportunities within existing or new markets.

We will give you a structured training programme, with experienced mentors and regular appraisals to enable you to progress rapidly. Initial training is both classroom and work based, covering both the securities industry and our product set.

Where appropriate, we will arrange e-learning for IT skills such as Java, C, C++, SQL, Sybase, Oracle and UNIX.

Work based training will include different placements throughout various teams. We will then match your talent and aptitude to where we feel you will gain the best development in order to become a future leader for example Product Architecture or Product Consultant. Many of our people joined as graduate trainees and have progressed to senior roles within the organisation, including our President.

There is on-going business and technical training for all our associates to continually develop their product expertise needed to maintain the high levels of client satisfaction that we like to earn. We offer very competitive salaries and benefits (including holiday, pension, BUPA, and subsidised Gym membership) and on joining we will talk you through how we envisage your remuneration and bonuses over the next three years.
