We are looking for graduates with a degree in information technology or business to join our diverse and international colleagues within Business Consulting, Technology or Domain teams who provide services to our enterprise clients across industry sectors.

As one of our graduates when you join Cognizant you will not be spending time in the class room or back office. We think it is important to give you real experience. The Graduate scheme here gives you responsibility and time working on client engagements very early to gain hands-on experience from the very start. You can expect to work with some of the biggest companies in the UK but also internationally and to be mentored by experienced associates who are recognised throughout the industry.

We’ll also help you to continue to develop your skills and knowledge through a number of tailored training courses, developing your capabilities in the areas of business analytics, business intelligence and consulting as well as “soft skill” modules to equip you with the tools and techniques to succeed in challenging international project scenarios.

We will support you in your growth and career progression – be it through our mentor and buddy program, or through direct exposure to senior colleagues in the business. In a fast growing and entrepreneurial business like ours results do get noticed and rewarded!

All of our graduate roles will initially be based in the UK however candidates must be willing and eligible to travel across the European Union. Our minimum requirements are a 2:1 or better in any degree discipline.
