Residential Lettings Graduate Management Programme

The Graduate Management Programme is designed to prepare you for a career in retail management within residential lettings. Our branches are at the very heart of our business, and the Programme will focus chiefly on those roles based within, including negotiating, property management and listing. Along the way you will gain valuable experience within different departments at Head Office including Finance, Legal Administration, Marketing and Accounts to gain a thorough understanding of our business from every angle.

From day one, you will be part of the team, given real responsibility, gain valuable experience and work with some of the most capable lettings teams in the industry, who are committed to going the extra mile for our customers. You’ll be given unparalleled levels of support and training to help you achieve your full potential and fast-track your career into retail management.

On successful completion of the two-year programme you will be managing your own branch, with full responsibility for developing your business, managing the budget and inspiring and motivating your team; depending on the size and location of your branch, your OTE will be in the range of £30-45k. From there, your progression is limited only by your own motivation and performance.
