Company profile

For those graduates seeking a more commercial career, we offer the Commercial Development Programme. This will typically involve three placements exposing you to a variety of areas within the business such as research and development, marketing and sales.

man in lab
The Technical Development Programme is designed for those graduates who want to progress within a laboratory environment. Chemists will be given immediate project responsibilities and can be based in one laboratory or across different placements including research, technical and formulation.

The Chemical Engineering Development Programme combines all aspects of the profession from basic research and practical solutions to plant commissioning. You will manage projects from the outset and be expected to accept responsibility quickly. Engineering, project management or more general site management roles are open to you.

People at industrial plant

For those graduates focused on a career in operations we offer the Operations Development Programme. As part of this you will complete three placements which could include quality assurance, purchasing and logistics. This will provide the knowledge base to progress within key areas of the business.

Person requirements

Employment on our graduate programme is highly visible within the company. You must therefore be able to accept responsibility from the start. Initiative, confidence and team working skills are essential.
