TYPE OF WORK

The differing needs of our diverse client base means your work experience will vary between core compliance assignments and temporary secondments to a specialist team. This will ensure that your experience meets the needs of the professional body for whose examinations you are studying.

DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING

The internal development programme is integrated with the examination training. Together they are designed to give a comprehensive technical education and personal skills development programme. Your career progress is regularly monitored and will include a six monthly appraisal with your counselling partner who, in liaison with the staff partner, has responsibility for your training, development and welfare.
