If you want to work in a firm where people make the difference we are waiting for your application. As a leading firm of chartered accountants we are looking for exceptional people to join our team of business and accountancy advisors. As a member of Crowe Horwath International, a top 10 global accountancy network, we recruit talented graduates to undergo training for Chartered Accountancy exams ICAEW.
The differing needs of our diverse client base means your work experience will vary between core compliance assignments and temporary secondments to a specialist team. This will ensure that your experience meets the needs of the professional body for whose examinations you are studying.
The internal development programme is integrated with the examination training. Together they are designed to give a comprehensive technical education and personal skills development programme. Your career progress is important to us, it is regularly monitored and will include a six monthly appraisal with your counselling partner who, in liaison with the staff partner, has responsibility for your training, development and welfare.
We are a leading authority in five areas of excellence: Corporate, Not-for-profit, Professional Practices, Pension Funds, and Private Clients.
What next?
Personal skills are as important to us as your academic achievements and we look for evidence of an ability to work as part of a team, strong leadership and communication skills.
