Customer Systems is an IT consulting firm specialising in implementing and customising CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

What we deliver is critical to our customers' businesses and our consultants experience a great deal of responsibility at a very early stage in their careers.

After the initial training period, which is typically 4 to 8 weeks, we aim to get you involved in real customer projects.

The work typically involves:

  • establishing customer requirements and working out the best way of implementing those requirements using the software packages in which we specialise (mainly Siebel and SAP CRM).
  • configuring the software package to the customer's requirements, including some development of new software.
  • transferring knowledge to the customer about the work that we have performed for them.

It is important that you are comfortable with the idea of a job that combines a lot of technical content with a high degree of customer interaction.

The rewards:
As well as the opportunity for international travel and real responsibility, we offer a generous starting package of £33,000 p.a. rising to £46,000 p.a. in 6 months assuming normal progress.

The requirements:

  • A degree in a scientific/numerate subject from a reputable university with at least a 2:1, or expectation thereof.
  • Three serious A-levels at grade A or B.
  • Proven programming skills. You must have enough experience to know you have a flair for it.
  • Articulacy, presentation and sense of mission.
