Operations Graduate Programme

An 18-month structured programme
Three placements of six months within different areas of the business
Based in a warehouse learning about operations management
Early responsibility and fast progression to managerial operational roles
Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments

Human Resources Graduate Programme

A 3-year structured programme
Three placements of twelve months within different areas of the business
Placements in both site and regional HR teams
Support towards completing your professional qualification

Finance Graduate Programme

A 3-year structured programme
Three placements of twelve months within different areas of the business
Placements in both site and regional Finance teams
Support towards completing your professional qualification

Training and Development
Whilst each programme is specifically developed to ensure early responsibility and fast progression into management roles, all on the job learning is supported with a framework of development modules focusing on management skills. Regular performance and personal development planning will ensure your development is tailored to meet your personal needs.
