Your development
Graduates progress through specific operational roles, to gain a broad range of experiences throughout their career with the company. Rapid skills growth and career development are standard and graduates can expect a high degree of intellectual challenge and change throughout their career. A broad range of exciting opportunities are available within both commercial and technical functions, where graduates can expect immediate responsibility. Graduates will receive extensive technical and personal skills training via internal and external courses, as well as through on-the-job training. Job rotations every two to three years offer graduates the opportunity to test and develop their skills, by applying them to new and exciting challenges. Obtaining chartership status is also encouraged where appropriate, eg IChemE and CIMA.
