Graduate Programme

Fujitsu is recruiting the highest calibre graduates to our development programme. When selecting candidates, we're looking for people who will bring their own personalities and skills to the role who are willing to learn and push themselves. Honest people, who are professional, can communicate well and are full of belief and enthusiasm.

At Fujitsu you'll be given a real job with real responsibilities from the very start, where you'll be able to harness your skills and develop within a team. Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your chosen area you will embark on a comprehensive 18 month modular development programme, designed to cover all the key skills to set you up for a career in business to help you make sound commercial decisions and develop your business knowledge. From the pre-joining information portal and initial induction, through to your CR project and core skills workshops, we will be helping you develop as an individual. Moreover, we don't expect you to go it alone, so you'll be assigned a buddy from the start and later you'll be able to select a senior manager to act as your mentor.

Industrial Placement Programme

Fujitsu's Industrial Placements scheme is open to students looking to spend a year of their degree (often called the Industrial Trainee year) working in industry. Your chosen role in Fujitsu is a great way to get some hands-on experience.

Service Delivery Industrial Placements

A role in the Service Delivery team allows you to work closely with our customers. You'll be responsible for monitoring the progress of each project, ensuring that it meets the customer's demands and delivers everything promised in the service contract. Alongside your chosen role at Fujitsu and the training you undertake in your chosen area, your year in industry will be supported by a modular development programme, designed to cover all the key skills to set you up for a career in business, to help you make sound commercial decisions and develop your business knowledge.

Sales Industrial Placements

As a key point of contact for our customers you will be responsible for presenting the capabilities and culture of Fujitsu in a consistent and accurate way and will become a real ambassador for Fujitsu. Alongside your chosen role at Fujitsu and the training you undertake in your chosen area, your year in industry will be supported by a modular development programme, designed to cover all the key skills to set you up for a career in business, to help you make sound commercial decisions and develop your business knowledge.

Marketing Industrial Placements

A role in Marketing means you'll be providing valuable support to the planning and execution of marketing activities promoting different services and products. Alongside your chosen role at Fujitsu and the training you undertake in your chosen area, your year in industry will be supported by a modular development programme, designed to cover all the key skills to set you up for a career in business, to help you make sound commercial decisions and develop your business knowledge.

Customer Services Industrial Placements

Joining the Customer Service team gives you the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into customer service delivery and our mobile engineering business assisting in the scoping and development of new services and business processes. Alongside your chosen role at Fujitsu and the training you undertake in your chosen area, your year in industry will be supported by a modular development programme, designed to cover all the key skills to set you up for a career in business, to help you make sound commercial decisions and develop your business knowledge.
