GO Wales offers graduates and students in Wales the chance to make the best start to their careers through a range of services including; paid Work Placements, Work Experience, Graduate Jobs and Training Academies.

Work Placements

Placements normally last for 10 weeks and are paid at £250 per week, they offer students and graduates an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience of working in a business. 65% of placements lead to further work with the host company after the placement has ended.

Jobs Growth Wales

Aimed at graduates aged 24 and under the Jobs Growth Wales scheme offers 6 month job opportunities to graduates in Wales with a good chance of continued employment afterwards.

The Freelancer Academy

A free one week training course aimed at graduates who want to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to start a business.

The Graduate Academy

A training course that aims to provide recent graduates with the skills and support needed to help gain graduate employment. The course is fully funded by GO Wales and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Work Tasters

Short periods of unpaid work experience that GO Wales will organise on behalf of a student or graduate.
