As a graduate joining either our Technical or Non-Technical Programmes, you’ll make an instant contribution – creating technology that changes the way people live and helping us achieve our business goals. During your 12-month programme, you’ll gain experience and exposure across all our businesses, mentored by world-class professionals. As well as support to take relevant professional qualifications, great emphasis will be placed on learning on the job to develop both your technical and soft skills, preparing you fully for a career that could take you anywhere in our global network.

We’re looking for talented people who graduated with at least a 2:1 degree in the last 12 months or will achieve this grade within this academic year.

If you’re interested in our Technical Programme, your degree must be in a computing-related subject and you should have some IT experience. We also look for good spoken and written English, the interpersonal skills to work well in an international environment and an analytical mind.

In addition to these programmes, we offer 13-month student internships in Sales, Marketing, Business and Technical, each of which will provide a fascinating insight into life at the world’s No.1 IT company.
