• Graduate Store Manager roles

The Graduate Store Manager programme offers the ideal training platform to develop management and leadership skills within retail.

• Graduate Area/District Management roles

Based regionally within the UK our Area Managers oversee the day to day operations of a district of stores, ensuring employee wellbeing, customer satisfaction and overall profitability.

• Graduate Buying roles

Our Wimbledon-based Buying department ensures the best possible range of products is sourced at the most competitive prices for our UK stores.

• 48 week Undergraduate Placements

If you’re working towards a business or retail degree, our 48-week placement will fill you with confidence. As an NCWE award winner for ‘Best Work Experience Provider’ in 2010/11, our placement scheme offers you the chance to gain valuable experience and knowledge spread over numerous areas of our business, including, Sales, Warehouse and Distribution, Property and Construction.

• International Trainee opportunities

Join our 24 month International Traineeship programme if you are looking to gain exposure to all aspects of our European-wide operation before specialising in a chosen area of the business. Your chosen skill base will be put into practice both domestically and abroad.
