The Graduate Store Manager programme offers the ideal training platform to develop management and leadership skills within retail.
Based regionally within the UK our Area Managers oversee the day to day operations of a district of stores, ensuring employee wellbeing, customer satisfaction and overall profitability.
Our Wimbledon-based Buying department ensures the best possible range of products is sourced at the most competitive prices for our UK stores.
If youre working towards a business or retail degree, our 48-week placement will fill you with confidence. As an NCWE award winner for Best Work Experience Provider in 2010/11, our placement scheme offers you the chance to gain valuable experience and knowledge spread over numerous areas of our business, including, Sales, Warehouse and Distribution, Property and Construction.
Join our 24 month International Traineeship programme if you are looking to gain exposure to all aspects of our European-wide operation before specialising in a chosen area of the business. Your chosen skill base will be put into practice both domestically and abroad.
