What We Look For
The secret of our success is the people we recruit – and we’re looking for the best. You do not need prior computing experience, but an enquiring mind and the proven ability to solve complex problems are essential. We recruit graduates and postgraduates from all degree disciplines. Interns can apply from all years. Successful applicants typically have all ‘A’ or ‘A*’ grades at A-Level.
Rewards
Graduates start on a salary of £30,000 plus an excellent benefits package. You will have a significant stake in the future of the business: we operate generous bonus and share plans to ensure your contribution is recognised, and you have the opportunity to benefit from the long term success of the company.
Other benefits include private healthcare, life insurance, a non-contributory pension and up to 7 weeks holiday after your first year.
