Motability Operations is the largest vehicle leasing company in the UK with an annual turnover of £2.5 billion and assets worth £4.2 billion. We run the Motability Car scheme, employing 750 people across our Bristol and London offices.

As the biggest supplier of used cars to the trade, we play an important role in the UK car industry. The number of cars we purchase each year accounts for no less than six per cent of all the new cars sold in the UK.

Motability Operations delivers worry-free motoring and mobility to our customers at affordable prices. Since we started in 1978, we’ve supplied over two million cars to our ever expanding customer base.
