Motability Operations manages the Motability Car Scheme and the Powered Wheelchair and Scooter Scheme. As operators of the Motability schemes, our activities are regulated and overseen by the charity Motability. We are the UK’s largest car leasing company, with 35 years’ experience in the industry.

Our annual turnover is around £3bn with an asset base worth over £5bn. All surpluses are reinvested in the business for the benefit of our customers. We buy and sell approximately 200,000 cars per year, have supplied over three million vehicles in total and have over 615,000 customers today.

The Motability Car Scheme currently experiences customer satisfaction levels of 98%.

As an organisation, we employ 800 people across two locations; London and Bristol, and deliver a range of functions including dealer and manufacturer relations, customer services, marketing, pricing and asset management, fleet maintenance and vehicle remarketing.
