Training on our graduate programme is provided through challenging and testing real jobs and projects, with accountability from day one. This is blended with group learning, coaching and skills training, which includes leadership, personal awareness and relationship skills. A senior manager mentor will also provide support and guidance, and your buddy, who is a previous graduate, will be there for more informal advice.
