Our award-winning software is used by over 500,000 customers globally, we’re successful, growing steadily and renowned as a great place to work. Our recruitment process
Our philosophy is all about simplicity; we make ingeniously simple tools that are simple to use and simple to buy. Simplicity extends to our recruitment process too. There are no application forms to wrestle with, we won’t subject you to torturous assessment centres and you’ll interview with people doing the same job as you. There’s also no need to come suited and booted to your interview –we just want you to wear what you feel comfortable in. There’s no dress policy here and we don’t make decisions based on what people wear to their interviews, so wetsuits aside, you can wear what you like. We’re also really flexible with start dates, so you won’t be restricted to a September start if that doesn’t work for you!

Joining us a graduate
Red Gate has opportunities in software development & testing, marketing, user experience and technical communications. We also have various internships and placements available in software, design and UX. We largely take on graduates from computer science, technical, numerate, scientific and design courses for these roles, but we consider other disciplines too if the candidate has the right skill set!
We offer an excellent benefits package including a £2k signing bonus across all of our permanent graduate roles and we also have flexible working hours, which those of you who struggle to string a sentence together before 10am will be pleased to hear.
