Opportunity
We have an equally innovative approach to training and have a challenging graduate scheme. Structured over a 15 month period, you will enter a program of intense training which will include exposure to key areas of our business, such as Sales, Build, Commercial, Land and Technical. Throughout the program you’ll have early responsibility, clear objectives and be closely mentored by one of our Divisional Managing Directors to ensure you are achieving your maximum potential.

Requirements
A 2:1 degree minimum. You’ll also need a full driving licence and have your own transport on commencement, be flexible on location and willing to travel and relocate. You must also have the right to work permanently and legally in the UK.

Salary & benefits
A starting salary of £22,000 per annum, bonus scheme, 24 days annual holiday plus additional benefits including our Redrow+Plus scheme that offers a wide range of discounts to employees.
