Welcome to the Transnational Graduate Development Programme. Its aim is to give you a flavour of the benefits and unique opportunities you can expect by joining SELEX Galileo as a graduate within the UK and Italy.

Training and development
Selex Galileo’s business environment, provides a supportive transition between academic life and industry. With an accelerated programme specifically tailored for graduates. It places an emphasis on the importance of providing continuous training and opportunities for career development within a transnational company.
The programme consists of three elements: local based modules, international module and the Graduate International Conference.

Salary and benefits
Graduates receive an attractive, competitive salary, a £2000 welcome payment and generous temporary accommodation assistance of up to £400 a month for the first six months where applicable.
Graduates are assigned challenging roles within the business and are rewarded with three performance-related salary reviews over the two years.
