Sellafield Ltd is the company responsible for safely delivering decommissioning, reprocessing and nuclear waste management activities on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.

Now under the ownership of Nuclear Management Partners, Sellafield Ltd has the largest concentration of nuclear expertise in Europe, with over 50 years of experience.

Across our business we are carrying out some of the most innovative and complex nuclear activities in the world.

The Scheme
Over two years the Sellafield Ltd Graduate Scheme will give you the skills and knowledge you need to become a professional expert in your chosen discipline, with numerous opportunities to experience the different challenges a world class nuclear establishment can offer you.

In the two years that you’ll be part of the scheme, we will maximise your skills, you will gain confidence and experience. Real 'on the job' experience and responsibilities from day one and all of the support you need if you aspire to achieve chartered status. Of course, whilst we hope that you'll be with us for many years to come, we recognise that your career may eventually take you elsewhere too. The good news is that the skills and experience we'll give you will be transferable to many other businesses and sectors.

The Package
Our starting salary is £27, 862. This is reviewed every year, so you can be assured that we'll keep it competitive.
We also offer a range of attractive benefits such as a pension scheme, generous holiday entitlements and relocation allowance for the first 8 weeks if you need to relocate.

How to apply

We are looking for tenacious, driven, talented and ambitious individuals who will strive to improve the company and who wants to carve out a rewarding career. We will expect a minimum of a 2:1 for engineering and science related degrees and project management and a well rounded individual socially. We are very flexible to the type of personality we are looking for, reflecting the huge diversity of operations and functions the company carries out.
