Programme Details/ Career Development
Finding and developing great talent is really important to us. Trelleborg Offshore UK launched their first Graduate Development Programme in 2012 and are continuing to expand the programme based upon the success of the first year.

We believe innovation and technology is a key part to the success of our business and so we’re looking for talented graduates who want to take their career and our vision to the next level.

We operate a structured development programme over the course of 18 months, which offers graduates the opportunity to truly develop their technical expertise. You will form part of our Group trainee scheme which will see you travelling across our various global sites and accessing key training and development modules.

You will spend time within a number of different business areas at our UK site which will form key placements throughout the programme. You will also be assigned a mentor to help you get the most out of the programme and develop your skills and knowledge.

You will get to grips with the core of our business at an operational level as well as understanding the strategy and longer term goals.

At Trelleborg Offshore UK we understand professional development is important and we encourage our people to gain professional qualification. We will help you to gain appropriate professional accreditations such as IMechE for engineering or similar.

Finally at the end of the programme, we would offer you a permanent position in an appropriate area of the business.
