Our clients
Our clients include the European Commission, UK government agencies and environmental regulators. We provide support to enable them to develop sound policies and regulations, thereby ensuring that environmental and water quality objectives are met in sustainable ways. We work with UK water utilities, waste companies and other industrial clients to help in responding to financial and environmental regulatory pressures. We also work with industry suppliers to assist them develop and test their products and introduce them to the market.
Graduate recruitment
At WRc we see graduates as our future generation of experts. By joining us as a Graduate you will benefit from being included in our Graduate Development Programme which is a series of structured training modules covering a range of business and industry-related topics, this will be in addition to you receiving on-the-job training.

The nature of the work you will be involved in will depend on the projects available but could involve:

  • Processing data and information to produce statistical analyses or to develop and calibrate models;
  • nterpretating the results from analysis or modelling and the implications they have for our clients;
  • Compiling data and information, either directly from our clients or through literature and other searches;
  • Visiting sites to carry out sampling, monitoring or site audits.
