FAQs: I've decided to take a postgraduate course, how do I apply?

Applying for postgraduate course is different from applying for an undergraduate course. There is no UCAS form to fill out, no first and second choices and no waiting on A Level results.

Instead, you contact the university directly to make your application, or alternatively you can apply online through Prospects. Most courses will ask you to answer some competency-based questions and some may ask you to attend an interview.

It’s important to research funding opportunities before you make your decision on a particular course – you may find a particular scholarship that applies to your choice.
