FAQs: I’m a graduate. Could an additional foundation degree help me get a managerial position?

As a graduate, a foundation degree in a business or management subject would not necessarily encourage employers to view your applications for managerial roles more favourably. A postgraduate degree or diploma, which could be studied on a full-time, part-time or distance learning basis, would be a better alternative.
