Eligibility
There is always strong competition for our funding awards so students will need to hold or expect to gain at a good honours degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Materials Science or a related discipline, with evidence of first class performance in key subject areas. Awards are available for UK/EU students.
International students are eligible for a scholarship of 50-100% of the tuition fees only. In exceptional cases a contribution towards living expenses may also be paid. (Level of contribution would be decided by the Department Scholarship Committee.)
