Job description
This graduate scheme is designed for you to develop the skills required to run your own business whilst working on some of the UK's best known educational brands. You will be supporting students and adult learners across the UK to learn and gain the qualifications they need.
You will gain exposure to all areas of the business from administration processes to marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will grow in their complexity and significance as you quickly learn how the business works. You will have the opportunity to add value in areas that interest you, whether this is social media marketing or analysing sales data and identifying sales trends.
What we are looking for
- The role will require someone who is extremely motivated and capable of both working in a team environment and independently.
- You will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate initiative across a range of tasks and this will be encouraged.
- This position is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, likes a challenge and would like to understand how a business runs from multiple different perspectives.
- Having a strong academic background is essential in this role.
- You will need to have a degree from an excellent university. You will need to have some A's at A Level in at least one of the following subjects: maths, physics, chemistry, or biology. No other experience is required.
