The IT Department is at the very heart of Aldi, our high performing teams support, deliver and enable IT across the business. On this placement, you’ll take on a specialism such as Business Intelligence or Customer Interaction, and you’ll likely be working towards an IT-related or Maths degree.
Working with various people across various departments, you’ll be given your area of responsibility which will enable you to really make a difference with the work you produce. You can expect lots of support from any of the teams within IT. It’s a rare chance to gain plenty of hands-on IT experience within a global company.
Please note that our Placement Programmes are for university students currently studying towards an undergraduate degree, who are seeking a 12-month sandwich placement before their final year of study.

What we are looking for
You’ll need to be working towards a 2:1 degree, have 96 UCAS points from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications), possess a driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
