Last year’s graduate programme was a roaring success, in fact, those who took part said “the programme doesn’t only provide opportunities and allow candidates to pursue their own interests, but also teaches about the necessity of networking and development of leadership capabilities and personal growth.”
We can’t wait to meet you and the next group of talented individuals and perhaps future leaders of Tesco Bank. And this year our programme has five different schemes on offer - Digital Development, Finance, General Leadership, Information Technology & Business Change and Personnel (Human Resources). So there’s one for every taste.

Most of our Graduate Programmes start in September 2013. However, it’s not surprising if both you and Tesco Bank will prefer to start earlier, and this can be arranged with the recruiting line manager.
