Last year’s graduate programme was a roaring success, in fact, those who took part said “the programme doesn’t only provide opportunities and allow candidates to pursue their own interests, but also teaches about the necessity of networking and development of leadership capabilities and personal growth.”

And this year our programme has five different schemes on offer - Digital Development, Finance, General Leadership, Information Technology & Business Change and Personnel (Human Resources). Most of our Graduate Programmes start in September 2013. However, it’s not surprising if both you and Tesco Bank will prefer to start earlier, and this can be arranged with the recruiting line manager.

• 2:1 (in a technology related degree for the Digital Development scheme)
• 2:1 (in any subject for all other programmes)
• 280 UCAS points
• UK Right to work
