As part of our Scientific Support team, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support to our French and English speaking customers via email and phone. You will also be involved in liaising with suppliers about the products, updating product datasheets and reviewing Abreviews. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work on departmental and inter-departmental projects, sharing your expertise with your team and the rest of the organisation.
You will need to have a BSc or above in a life sciences field with additional research laboratory experience (ideally two years) using antibodies and related reagents. You will need experience in at least two antibody related applications including western blot or immunohistochemistry. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is fluent in both French and English. If you are also a fluent Spanish speaker then this would be a plus. You should be passionate about delivering quality scientific support to our customers and ideally, you will have previous experience of working with customers.
