Job description

Our Consultants at ADR Network are the face of our operational team, managing the client and dealing direct with the drivers. Managing hundreds of shifts a week our Consultants operate on the basis of 100% fulfillment of contract and will regularly work with each other across our extensive UK network to move drivers around the country in order to meet our clients' requirements.

This is not a dull nine to five job, and there is a real ‘buzz’ about working for ADR Network that other employers struggle to match.

Our business works in a totally different way to most other agencies; we do not have a sales team or task our Consultants with sales work. We have grown our business through reputation on the back of our innovation and dedication to client management and operations, not through direct sales. Our Consultants are professionals who focus wholly on client relationships and the management of the contract requirements.

To help maintain our record of outstanding achievement we are now seeking to appoint 4 Graduate Operations Consultants at our operational centres in:

The North West, based at Warrington
Central England, based at Crick
The South East, based at Thurrock and Sittingbourne
The South West, based at Bristol

A Structured Development Plan
Successful candidates will spend their first 6 months receiving operational training and performing an operational resourcing role, providing branch support operationally; focusing initially on driver recruitment and registration, before developing into client liaison and management.

The Graduate Consultants will also receive personal development support through the completion of a series of Management Development Modules, run in association with the Chamber of Commerce.

After two years Graduate Consultants should expect to be managing client relationships of substantial value and working within a dynamic, fast moving operational environment with opportunities to progress into senior roles.

The starting salary is £20,000 and after six months inclusion in the company bonus scheme will provide an OTE of £24,000 pa. The salary on completion of the training scheme is £24,000 basic, plus bonus and commission giving an OTE of £28,000. Beyond that opportunities for career and salary progression are excellent. Given the nature of this dynamic business some weekend work (one in three) is required as well as some weekday out of hour’s on-call (one night in ten).
