Over the two years of our Supply Chain/Manufacturing & Operations Graduate programme you will develop and gain experience working in a production facility in Poland for the first three rotational periods (18 months), and undertake your last rotation in a production facility abroad. Whilst rotating around business critical roles within the function you will develop your knowledge of the company; strengthening your cross functional network. Working directly on a variety of projects like the management of our multi-million procurement budget, innovating our sustainability efforts, introducing leaner processes or effective and sustained sourcing of raw materials with colleagues in procurement, planning, manufacturing, engineering and logistics.
We will support you in your development into a future business leader and our individually tailored programme will give you an ideal platform from which to realise your ambition. You will also participate in a specially designed training programme, preparing you further for life at the leading edge of our business providing innovative solutions for managing the supply chain.
To join us, you will need to be fluent in English and have recently graduated with a 2:1 or equivalent Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in production engineering, production management, chemistry, logistics or related topics, with a score of 85% in the Matura and at least 85% in 3 Advanced Level subjects (or equivalent). Work placement, or internship experience providing you with knowledge of companies and their processes would be an advantage and you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal, project management and analytical skills.
