Job description

We are looking for great people to join our Operations Future Leaders scheme across the UK in both our manufacturing and supply chain functions working on a shift basis.

Our sites are busy environments, we are manufacturing and delivering our great products day in, day out to our customers and consumers across the UK. It is our people who make the difference to the success of our business and we must ensure we give these people the right leadership.

The scheme aims to give you real life leadership experience in a demanding and fast paced environment. If you are prepared to work across a number of our UK locations, you will receive the opportunity to further your career on a formal programme with two six month placements and formal development training courses throughout the year long scheme. We will also provide you with a mentor to support and advise you.

Person requirements

Having recently completed a graduate scheme in an FMCG or retail environment, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding results through leadership of people. With a continuous improvement approach, you will have experience of leading a team of people in a busy environment.
