We are a specialist recruitment organisation, now in our twelfth year of business and enjoying great success providing Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment solutions to a primarily blue chip client base in financial services, telecoms, consultancy, media, pharmaceutical, retail and engineering sectors. Our clients are truly world class global organisations and we are currently recruiting for companies such as Sony, Lloyds Banking Group, Toyota, BskyB, University of Oxford and Goodyear Dunlop amongst many others.

As part of our continued expansion we are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in our head office in Horsham, near Gatwick in West Sussex.

It is likely that you will be either a Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience derived within a successful consultancy/agency background, or possibly a recent graduate looking to make your career in a professional high level ‘headhunting’ recruitment environment. You will be educated to a high standard and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Above all you will have a professional and detailed approach and will be looking to develop your career in a specialist consultancy / agency environment. European language skills would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.

Whatever your background you must possess a maturity and credibility to deal with our blue chip client base, and show an ability and tenacity to develop new business and client relationships.

The role offers significant autonomy for the right applicant and the benefit of a flexible business environment, which although sales focused, offers an excellent work/life balance.
