Our management consulting programme is recognised throughout the industry for turning bright, ambitious graduates into expert management consultants. We work with some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations in both private and public sectors. That means you’ll be going into some of the world’s biggest companies and fundamentally changing the way they work.

Projects range from customer experience transformation programmes to integrated supply chain solutions and business transformations. All of them involve changing how companies operate, behave and deliver their strategic objectives, and you’ll be helping them do that.

On joining the consulting programme, graduates are placed in one of our 6 Capability Teams (CT). You can then decide whether to remain in this CT for the remainder of the programme, therefore starting your journey to develop a specialism from day one. Or you can rotate into another CT after six months in order to develop a breadth of knowledge across different areas.

The decision of whether to rotate or not is entirely up to you – we put you firmly in control of your own career.

Digital Transformation and Business Analytics
We advise clients on how they can use digital technology to transform their businesses and engage more closely with consumers, citizens and business customers.

Finance Transformation
We help clients to achieve better performance in finance, accounting, knowledge management and IT.

Operating Model and Performance Improvement
We help complex organisations to define and create the right organisation and the right process capabilities to deliver their strategic goals.

Programme and Transformation Management
We advise on significant business and organisational change, and design and implement change programmes using our market-leading methods, tools and techniques.

Supply Chain
We offer clients high-end management consulting services to help drive strategy formulation and execution, transform supply chains and accelerate results.

Technology Transformation
We design and deliver transformation programmes that position our clients to exploit the potential of next-generation digital services.

Workforce and Employee Transformation
A specialist Human Resources practice addressing the people implications of strategic change initiatives.
