Princess Cruises provide many opportunities to move into senior and management positions onboard, with promotion mainly being based on past performance whilst employed by Princess. Onboard assignments are usually for a period of six months at a time with up to two months leave in between assignments. Uniforms and all technical equipment required for your role are provided, as well as flights to and from your assigned vessel. With comfortable accommodation and meals provided onboard, crew recreation and relaxation areas to take advantage of when you're off duty and computer based training packages available through 'Princess U' to further develop you professionally and personally, you will be free to concentrate on the art you love.

Onboard photography is primarily centred on portrait and event photography, using both natural locations and onboard studio setups with backdrops and studio lighting. Experience in souvenir/event photography, sales and digital processing are also desired. Attention to detail, teamwork and outstanding customer service skills are the most important elements of this job.

Person requirements

Applicants are required to have extensive experience in digital photography and/or a formal photography qualification. Sales experience is an advantage and previous experience in digital processing/mini-labs is desirable.

Qualification and experience requirements

Photography Degree (or Photography HND qualification), though some wider 'Media' Degrees are acceptable as long as you can demonstrate a specialism in photography studies.
