CNH wish to recruit a recent graduate to work in the UK & ROI Human Resources Department at our Basildon factory.
This is a 12-month paid internship (ranging between £16,000 to £20,000 pa) with an immediate start. This opportunity provides the starting point to develop a career in Human Resources within an international company, gaining knowledge and experience of HR processes, systems and policies, management and administration of employee information and the chance to manage your own responsibilities and projects.
The role includes assisting with all operational HR activities including recruitment, training, internal communications, policy development, benefits administration etc
We are seeking a recent graduate in HR, Business & Management or Economics studies looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources. The successful person should be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge/skills gained through their studies and should be fluent in English (a second language would be an advantage). In addition, you will need to be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook) and be able to prove that you are comfortable with learning and adapting to new software and systems.
