Job description

As a graduate when you join Cognizant you will not be spending time in the class room or back office. We think it is important to give you real experience. You will be given responsibility and time working on client engagements very early to gain hands-on experience from the very start. You can expect to work with some of the biggest companies in the UK and internationally and be mentored by experienced associates who are recognised throughout the industry.

Person requirements

We are looking for graduates (a degree in information technology or business is desired but not essential) to join our diverse and international colleagues within Business Consulting, Technology or Domain teams who provide services to our enterprise clients across industry sectors.

You’ll need to demonstrate excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills as well as a strong desire to be part of a team.

All of our graduate roles will initially be based in the UK however candidates must be willing and eligible to travel across European Union. Our minimum requirements are a 2:1 or better in any degree discipline and you must be a European passport holder.
