As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your core duties will be to facilitate our current growth. Developing new business, daily candidate and client liaison and not being afraid to make that cold call is essential.

Person requirements

Successful candidates will, as a guideline, have a University Degree, 6-12 months work experience preferably in a sales environment, working towards targets. Prior experience within a telesales, B2B or alternatively in a target driven industry would be ideal.
