Role overview
Our Developers are key to the business and responsible for creating the software that solves our clients' business problems. Joining as a Junior Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team that could be working on proof of concepts, designing, developing, building, testing or implementation of business systems. Whatever you’re doing, you’ll be contributing to major projects, helping to transform the businesses of our clients. We have a vibrant culture which provides support and development of our graduate intake, including a mentoring scheme.
What we offer
Development and training:
A three week boot-camp at the eBECS Academy followed by a 6-9 month structured training and development plan. During this time you will learn all the skills required to succeed as a developer. Our ambition is to enable you to grow into our next generation of senior developers, solution architects and development managers.

Person requirements
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
- a passion for IT and developing tangible solutions
- excellent numerical and analytical skills
- proven team work skills
- achieved (or predicted) at least 2:1 honours degree (technical or numerical sciences would be an advantage)
- experience with programming using an object-oriented language (for example C++ / Java / C# / Visual Basic.NET / Python / JavaScript)
- the right to work in the UK.
